CHOCO-DIFFUSION SA

The history of Choco-Diffusion: A taste adventure for all the family
The Choco-Diffusion adventure began in 1981, in the premises of a former family-run bakery in Le Locle. Driven by his passion for gourmet products, Jean-Willy Bihler founded the company with the aim of distributing chocolates, caramels and biscuits. Starting as a small family-run business, it saw rapid growth, thanks to solid partnerships and the creation of iconic own brands such as SwissDream, Bibichoc, L’Atelier Grand-Mère and SwissChoc!.

Innovation and diversification
Innovation is at the heart of Choco-Diffusion. As early as 2002, the company developed a co-packing service, enabling it to tailor-make gift boxes and gift baskets. Offered both internally and externally, this service demonstrates the company’s ability to meet the needs of a constantly evolving market.

A family business
Choco-Diffusion is above all a story of family and tradition. In 2006, Nicolas Bihler, son of the founder, took over the management of the company. Under his leadership, Choco-Diffusion continued to expand with the acquisition in 2010 of its long-standing partner, the premium chocolate brand Goldkenn, which has an international reputation, particularly in the Duty-Free sector.

A vision for the future
With more than 30 permanent employees, and a reinforced team for seasonal productions, Choco-Diffusion continues to shine through its expertise and commitment to quality. More than ever, the company is ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow, while remaining true to its family values and its spirit of innovation.
